Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Turkmen Al Bukhari Restaurant, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This policy outlines the conditions under which we accept order cancellations and process refunds. Please read it carefully before placing your order.

2. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

• Before preparation begins: You may cancel at no charge. Please call us immediately at +92-334-8452783 after placing your order.
• Once preparation has started: Cancellations are generally not accepted as your food is freshly prepared to order. We may consider partial refunds at our discretion.
• After delivery / collection: Orders already delivered or collected cannot be cancelled.

To cancel an order, call us immediately at +92-334-8452783. The sooner you call, the better we can accommodate you.

3. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect item or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your order:

We will offer a replacement, a credit towards your next order, or a refund for the affected item — whichever is most practical in the circumstances.

4. Food Quality Issues

We prepare all food fresh and to high standards. If you have a genuine quality concern, please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving your order. We may request a photo of the item. We will assess each case individually and offer an appropriate resolution.

Refunds are not provided for:

• Personal taste preferences (e.g. spice level) that were not communicated at the time of ordering.
• Complaints raised more than 30 minutes after delivery or collection.
• Partially consumed items where the issue was not reported before consumption.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

Since we currently operate on a cash-on-delivery / cash-at-counter basis, refunds are handled as follows:

• Cash orders: Refunds are issued in cash at the restaurant or included as a credit on your next order, at your preference.
• Online payments (if applicable): Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

6. Table Reservations

We do not charge a deposit for table reservations. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please notify us at least 1 hour in advance by calling +92-334-8452783 so we can accommodate other guests.
